WARNING: SPOILERS FOR THE FINALE!: It's something she's dreamed of but not quite the same. It's something he was born longing for, something he knew from the beginning, but has never experienced the wanting for. It's not easy, this new half-life they've both been given. His mind is full of people and places that he remembers, things he can recall living but not actually doing. He thinks of the destinations he's traveled but never actually left a footprint on, the characters he's had conversations with but never actually spoke the words to. And her own mind is full with it all as well. The days that seemed never ending, the way the time would stretch out and become infinite, each second blurring into the next until she didn't know what age she was in at any given time. The pounding of the ground beneath her feet as she would run next to him, desperate to keep up, always breathing a sigh of relief when she'd feel the warm touch of his hand gripping hers. They both long for that life, to be those people. And yet, they are those people, living a life day after day. All they can do now is make the best of it, try to love each other and try to be fantastic.
